The Opportunity Thinker is the publisher of official de Bono school materials
(K-College) in North
America. This relationship was formalized in 2007 when Lynda Curtin
presented the business case to launch a new business division--de Bono
For Schools--to Dr. Edward de Bono. He blessed the plan and it has been
full steam ahead developing appropriate materials ever since. All copyrights are
properly held by The McQuaig Group Inc.
We do three things:
Provide free learning resources for faculty, teachers,
administrators, parents, and
students on this website.
Train educators, administrators, and boards to use de bono
thinking tools in their curriculums and meetings.
Publish, develop, and sell support materials for
faculty, administrators, teachers,
students, families, and thinking clubs. Visit our

We believe equipping students to be productive and
independent thinkers will help:

Students make informed choices.
Sharpen problem solving skills.

Our main goal is to equip educators, administrators, and students with
practical, good quality tools that support proactive thinking as a
necessary life skill for productive participation in our global society.
