The purpose of our de Bono
Teachers Academy is to prepare a new generation of exceptional teachers
and faculty members
to become de Bono thinking experts; to be able to teach students
and administrators powerful lifelong thinking tools that have been in
use around the world for many years with great success.
A de Bono Teachers Academy
program is filled with relevant content, new workable ideas, and expert
coaching designed to meet the specific needs of your group. Perhaps you
need us to work with your board of directors to help them navigate more
effectively through these challenging times. Or, you already know how
impactful de Bono tools are---you want us to come in and train your
teachers and faculty. You may also want to present a de Bono Teachers
Academy program at your education conference or executive retreat to
provide your attendees with a top notch experience filled with content
and ideas they can put into practice right away. Give us a call to

One of the key values we
bring to your event is our expertise with de Bono tools which we support
with consistent materials. Each group receives the same materials
regardless of their rank in your system--faculty, board members,
administrator, student. This ensures a smoother implementation of the
tools for you and reinforces thinking as a skill that can be learned
regardless of your age.
Location: We come to your campus.
Duration: 1-3 days. Our shorter courses are focused on
experiencing and learning the tools. Our longer courses are focused on learning to teach the tools and
planning to embed the tools in the curriculum.
Customization: We customize each Teachers Academy to meet
your specific needs. Perhaps you have a reading program and want to
strengthen it by incorporating our Learning to Love Literature
Series. Or, you want to launch a creative thinking class. These are
just two examples.

provided for each attendee.
